Climate Change?

I have always been interested in the issue of climate change, and have also always been a believer of the existence of global warming.  This article presents a view that does not necessarily challenge those beliefs, but makes a point to say that we may need to take a closer look at something in particular-ice caps.  In Greenland especially, scientists are beginning to believe that the ice is not as vulnerable to a warming climate as people once thought.  In fact, 130,000 years ago, during the Eamian period, temperatures were about 15 degrees higher than they are today, and it is stated that the ice in Greenland remained in tact up to about 75%.  However, the article also talks about how these ice caps are different from many other ones, specifically in Antarctica, that did melt significantly during this time period. So, there is definitely more to take into consideration as we develop and form ideas about climate change and the future of our planet.
